At Aesthetic Luxury Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Advance Notice Required – Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

2. Same-Day Cancellations – Cancellations made on the same day of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

3. No-Shows – Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the appointment without a refund or credit.

4. Late Arrivals – Clients who arrive late may have their appointment shortened or forfeited, depending on availability. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed time.

5. Membership Cancellations – Clients may cancel their membership at any time; however, membership fees are non-refundable.
